History: 

<p>Hill Wind Farm began construction in the first quarter of 2006 and achieved full commercial operations on March 26, 2007.</p>

Funding: 

<p>Funding for the project includes Newton-based UPC Wind Partners LLC which secured $44 million for its Mars Hill Wind Farm project in Maine.</p>
